30 May National Fish & Chip Day (The Healthy Way!!)

To celebrate National Fish and Chip Day, students made their very own fish fingers and cooked them in a healthy way! They cooked their fish in the oven. They also used wholemeal breadcrumbs and adapted the recipe by omitting salt. Some students enjoyed squeezing a wedge of lemon over their fish for added flavour. Yum!!
