Well done to all the students from pre-vocational 2021 – 2022 who took part in the Incredible Edibles Initiative. They struck gold! Students were awarded a gold certificate and rosette for their efforts. The teachers and pupils demonstrated a range of knowledge in their project on food origin, identifying Irish, planting, cooking, and healthy eating through the detailed submission of their logbook! All participating students were awarded a copy of the certificate and the original is hanging proudly on display in our school.
